Starting from cone #1, sprint to each cone returning to cone #1 every time. The last sprint in the rep is to the soccer ball. Complete these touches before sprinting back to the first cone.

Rep 1: 25 tick-tocks
Rep 2: 25 toe touches
Rep 3: 25 inside-outside both feet
Rep 4: 25 sole rolls. right-left-right-left...etc
Rep 5: 20 tick-tocks, 20 toe touches, 20 inside-outside both feet, 20 rolls

45 seconds rest between each rep

2 minutes rest between each set.
