1. Sprint across to Cone 2. Do 5 pushups, 5 crunches, * 5 juggles

2. Sprint across to Cone 1. Do 10 pushups, 10 crunches

3. Sprint across to Cone 2. Do 15 pushups, 15 crunches, *10 juggles

4. Sprint across to Cone 1. Do 20 pushups, 20 crunches

5. Sprint across to Cone 2. Do 25 pushups, 25 crunches, *15 juggles

REST for 2 min

6. Do 25 pushups, 25 crunches, *15 juggles, Sprint to cone 1

7. Do 20 pushups, 20 crunches,  Sprint to cone 2

8. Do 15 pushups, 15 crunches, *10 juggles, Sprint to cone 1

9. Do 10 pushups, 10 crunches, Sprint to cone 2

10. Do 5 pushups, 5 crunches, *5 juggles, Sprint to cone 1

*NOTE: You only get 2 attempts at the juggles. If you drop the ball before completing the juggles, do 5 burpees and continue to next sprint.
